By booking with Lankaraa Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read these terms carefully. They define our mutual obligations and ensure a smooth, transparent travel experience across Sri Lanka.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings remain tentative until a deposit is received. Upon confirmation, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure local transport, guides, and hotel reservations specialized for your itinerary.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be completed 30 days before the tour start date. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of arrival), full payment is required immediately. We accept secure bank transfers and major credit cards.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival incur loss of deposit. Within 30-45 days, 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable. Within 30 days, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Liability & Insurance
Lankaraa Tours acts as an agent for local transport, hotels, and activity providers. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for injury, loss, or delay occurring outside our direct control. Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
